We’re the home of real Yorkshire ice cream, handmade with love here on our farm at High Jervalux near Masham. We use local milk and cream from cows grazing the Dales all around us to create our award-winning Yorkshire ice cream.
Who owns Brymor ice cream?
The Brymor brand began in the 1980’s by Brian Moore and wife Brenda, with son Robert and his wife Diane, in Harrogate following the introduction of milk quotas. They moved to Jervaulx in 1992, after outgrowing their old site and established the award-winning ice cream parlour.
Is Brymor ice cream pasteurized?
First, he adds our fresh whole milk and double cream, then pure cane sugar, skimmed milk powder and stabilisers which help give the ice cream more texture. The mix is then heated to kill any harmful bacteria in the raw milk, known as pasteurisation.
