No. You can only use console commands, which are only on the computer edition.
Can you date Hadvar?
Unfortunately, Bethesda didn’t include Hadvar as a potential marriage partner. If you’re determined to marry him regardless of the limits of the game as published, install a mod that changes his character so you can lead him to the Temple of Mara where you can be joined in matrimony.
Can Ralof be a follower?
Ralof is marriable and can be a follower.
Is it better to go with Hadvar or Ralof?
Going with Hadvar gives access to two-handed weapons right away, but no heavy armor, and you can take all the metal ingots at the blacksmith in Riverwood. Ralof is good if you want heavy armor from the start.

Does Hadvar survive helgen?
Hadvar, being safe in Imperial Riverwood, is there in the Sleeping Giant Inn. (Actually, he’d show up there even if you followed Ralof out of Helgen but sided Imperial instead.) If you had joined the Stormcloaks, Hadvar is dead, in hiding, or a prisoner of war.
Can you marry Legate Fasendil?
@Dareena & others: Fasendil can not be put up for marriage because he is not a unique NPC. Weird! Do you use other mods that alter NPCs?
Do I follow Hadvar or Ralof?
If you plan to wear Heavy Armor and use One-handed Weapons, Ralof’s a good choice – but if you plan to start levelling Smithing and/or use a Two-Handed Weapon, Hadvar may be preferable. You’ll likely pick up a level or two in your chosen skill(s) before you get out of that cave under Helgen.
Can you keep the jagged crown?
Keeping the crown The Jagged Crown could be kept by reverse-pickpocketing it to either Hadvar or Ralof after the crown is collected but before the quest is completed. Although the chance of success will show as zero percent, it is still possible to pickpocket successfully. However, this may require several attempts.
