Senate President Teresa Paiva Weed says the Senate will vote on the marriage bill by the end of April -- which means we only have a matter of weeks to make our case to lawmakers, advance SB38 out of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and secure the votes we need to pass marriage equality on the Senate floor.
