I am looking for something meaningful and rewarding to do over the summer after my sophomore year at college. I'm an international student in an American college and my first roommate at school (from Coventry, RI) has shown and given me so much love and support in coming out. I want to do something for his home state, which happens to be the only one in New England yet to have marriage equality.

I have done field work on many campaigns and I can staff a phone bank or a canvass; I live in the DC area and would be able to travel to Rhode Island for several says when needed. Volunteer housing would be appreciated. Thanks.
