Is there an app to convert EAC3 to DTS?
Probably some sort of converter or demuxer APP to convert just the EAC3 Audio of a Video file to ACE3, or EAC3 to DTS? I play movies with a MAC computer running Catalina and using VLC and Elmedia Player Pro to play Video files through my STR-DN1040 Receiver and Samsung TV with a Dolby 5.1 Speaker configuration.
