By How good are CMMG rifles?
In addition to complete rifles, CMMG also produces some excellent uppers and lowers in a variety of calibers. While many of these were less affordable than I expected, they are still decently high-quality and well-worth their price tags.
Is CMMG worth the money?
The 300 series and it’s enhanced controls, brace inclusion, and cerakote finish are certainly worth the cost. It’s a premium grade firearm, and I don’t necessarily think it’s overpriced. What I don’t like is the fact it only comes with a single 21 round SIG magazine.

How accurate are CMMG barrels?
Re: CMMG accuracy… 2.5 MOA at 100 meters is pretty decent…from 50 meters not so, but no reason to donate your rig to someone less fortunate. Your bullets are copper jacketed. Your barrel is steel – HARD steel. It takes a lot more than 40 shots to “break in” a barrel.
