Does Wilderness at the Smokies have free breakfast?
The Food at Wilderness at the Smokies: Bonus, kids 8 years old and under (one kid per adult) eat free for breakfast and dinner! There is also a spot for food in Adventure Forest, and if you are craving morning coffee you can head over to the Mountain Marketplace.
Can you go to wilderness for one day?
NO! The Wilderness facilities are only available to those who stay in one of their accommodations. That’s why we go there! When an extremely hot day comes along, their facilities (water parks, etc.)

The Thirsty Miner breakfast buffet is $15.95 for ages 12+, $8.95 for ages 9-11 and a child 8 and under eats free with an adult purchase 🙂 The sliders were soooo good. Great prices and being the kids eat free made it even better.
Does Wilderness at the Smokies have bed bugs?
Wilderness at the Smokies Response Wilderness at the Smokies has privately reached out to our guest. Even though there was no bed bug activity found in the room, we did refund the last night of their stay with us due to the noise and the scare that caused them to check out early.
Can you go to the wilderness without staying there?
You’ll be happy to know that Guests are welcome to come to visit Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campgrounds regardless of where they are staying! This means you should have no problem parking your vehicle at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campgrounds as long as you are visiting and utilizing their amenities.
