By Can I cancel Blackcircles order?
If you wish to return your tyres to us or cancel your order please contact a member of our customer service team. Once we have received a message from you we will take you through the process of cancelling your order.
Can you cancel end orders?
Log in to your END. account. Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel. If the order has been placed less than 1 hour ago, there will be a ‘CANCEL ORDER’ button showing at the bottom of the order summary. Please select this button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request.
Can you return Black Circle tyres?
If tyres have been delivered to you or the garage already, some collection charges may apply to return the tyres. Please note that we can only accept tyres back if they have not been fitted or driven on – these products are no longer suitable for resale after this point.
Can you return tyres?
In the case of new tyres or alloy wheels, the product(s) must be in unused and in the same condition in which they were sent. Items must be returned with all their original packaging, instructions, tyre labels, guarantee and any extras.
What courier does black circles use?
We use a variety of couriers depending on where your delivery originates. The majority of our deliveries will be fulfilled by Tuffnells or DPD. There may also be times when these couriers use subcontractors, particularly in certain remote locations of the UK.

Can I cancel an online order within 14 days?
You automatically get a 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something you haven’t seen in person – unless it’s bespoke or made to measure. The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order, and there doesn’t need to be anything wrong with the item for you to get a refund.
What are my rights to cancel an online order?
Online shoppers have the unconditional right to cancel an order within a seven day cooling-off period starting the day after delivery. You do not have this right if you buy from a shop. If you do cancel an order the trader must refund your money, as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.

The majority of garages on our network provide tracking services along with a range of other additional services such as MOT, servicing and seasonal checks. The services they offer are shown on against their listing and available to select at the basket stage.
